A well-rounded dreamer and planner at her core, Layne has always been energized by business strategy and has helped take corporate programs and small businesses to the next level.
Raised on a organic farm in Arkansas, strong roots and community are everything to Layne. When she isn’t collaborating with brands, you can find her on on a run, with her husband, Travis, and two wiener dogs, Walter & Wilson, in the sunshine, on a walk with a friend, drinking coffee, or planning a party.

A creative at heart, Lisa is energized by building thoughtful digital strategies that help brands and communities grow with intention. She brings passion into every project, whether she’s shaping social presence for organizations or cultivating meaningful engagement online.
Rooted in community, Lisa believes connection is at the center of impactful work. Outside of dreaming up social strategy, you’ll find her dreaming of her next trip abroad or baking another loaf of sourdough.
How We Started
The idea of building something of my own has always energized me. At 20, that spark turned into my first business, Start-Her Running Company, created to empower women to pursue physical goals that carried into every area of life. What began as a passion project became my first real exposure to entrepreneurship, leadership, and community-building — and it shaped everything that came next.
A few years later, I found myself immersed in the world of marketing, helping grow influencer and ambassador programs, launching campaigns, and hosting events nationwide. That season expanded my vision for what was possible. In 2023, while praying for clarity and direction, the desire to launch a marketing agency became unmistakable. After early mornings, late nights, missteps, and perseverance, Pacely was born.
Today, Pacely partners with expert-driven brands and creators to move forward with clarity and confidence. From wellness and fitness to real estate and beyond, we work closely with our clients to strengthen their digital presence, amplify their message, and build communities that last. We don’t just advise from the sidelines — we get in the weeds, because your success matters to us.
