Layne Turley has been building businesses since she was 20 — and once she got a taste of entrepreneurship, she never looked back. Her corporate career began at Garmin, where she built and scaled their influencer marketing program from the ground up. That season showed her what was possible when strategy meets execution at scale — and it planted the seed for what came next.
In 2024, she founded Pacely with a simple belief: founders deserve someone who will actually get in the weeds with them. She gets energy from solving hard problems, building things that work, and watching businesses grow in ways their founders didn’t think were possible yet.
Raised on an organic farm in Arkansas, Layne is rooted in strong values, deep community, and a faith that shapes everything she does. When she’s not inside a client’s business figuring out what’s broken, you’ll find her on a run, drinking coffee with a friend, or planning something with her husband Travis and their two wiener dogs, Walter and Wilson.

Rooted in community, Lisa believes connection is at the center of impactful work. Outside of dreaming up social strategy, you’ll find her dreaming of her next trip abroad or baking another loaf of sourdough.
